Guidelines of re-opening of educational institutions

It is hereby ordered that all the higher educational institutions in may consider reopening for on-site classes from 2nd august 2021, with strict adherence to the SOPs / guidelines regarding COVID-19 management, issued from time to time by the ministry of heath and family welfare government of india, ministry of home affairs government of india, and ladakh disaster management authority, UT administration. 

The copy of the circular from LDMA and UGC (UGC guidelines for reopening the universities and colleges post lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic nov 2020 and guidelines on examination and academic calendar in view of the COVID-19 pandemic july 2021) is enclosed. 

Academic calendar shall be planned in a manner to avoid overcrowding, congregation at all times and classes to be scheduled in a staggered manner. All the students and faculty shall make use of arogya setu app.
