Jkssb class iv candidates are adviced to click on below link after clicking on that link type your email and password and tick mark on i am not robot option and then click on login. 

After doing that process preference page will be displayed on your phone Or laptop if a candidate wants to get post on their home district then he/she should select 1st preference home district 2nd preference home division and third preference UT and after that click on submit button  . If a candidate wants to get job on their home division same process will be followed and this is same process for UT candidates.
