IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION FOR JKSSB CLASS IV ASPIRANTS

According to the notification mentioned above jkssb has given some important instructions regarding the disabled persons
Jkssb on 18-02-2021 released a notification for the candidates who are appearing in the class IV examination of jkssb who are opting for their own scribe (helper). Jkssb provided some important instructions for those students
IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION FOR JKSSB CLASS IV ASPIRANTS
The candidates who are appearing in the written test for the post of class iv on 27th, 28th of February and 1st of March from 12 noon to 2pm across the UT of jammu and Kashmir who are opting for their own scribe (helper) would be needed to submit the details of their scribe and represent to the official email of jkssb on (jkssbscribe@gmail.com) .
The candidates also need to submit other documents, the list of the documents that jkssb has made mandatory for the students who are opting for their own scribe (helper) are mentioned below:
The list of documents required:-
- Representation of candidate applied for scribe
- Person with disability certificate (self attested), the candidate will have to provide his/her disability certificate that must be self attested
- Certificate regarding physical limitation in an examinee to write
- Letter of undertaking for using own scribe
- Admit card/roll no
- Qualification certificate of scribe, the candidate is advised to provide the qualification certificate of the person whom he/she is going to opt for the scribe (helper)
- Mobile no of candidate on which WhatsApp used, the candidate will need to provide his/her own number on which he or she is already using WhatsApp
