The j and k service selection board has decided to call the candidates figuring in provisional shortlist for document verification , in accordance with the schedule annexed herewith and the document verification starts from 15-july-2021 in offline mode. 

1- copy of online application form

2- D.O.B certificate 

3- reservation category certificate

4- 10+2 marks sheet 

5- other documents as per the advertisement
