Govt degree college kulgam opened link and informed all the students to submit their vaccination details on that link. Before starting offline classes students need to submit their vaccination details by simply clicking on below link. 

J and k government can reopen higher educational institutions in j and k but schools and coaching centres remain closed till further orders.
